Tracy is a passionate educator and historian. Whether it's making history accessible and exciting to younger ages in KS3, or delving into deeper complexities and interconnectedness at GCSE and A-level, she's got you covered.
Tracy is an academic at heart. She's always loved school, learning, research, and education. After graduating from Rhodes University in South Africa with a Master's in Art History and Visual Culture (with distinction), and an Honours in English Language and Linguistics, she worked for several years in the education sector as a tutor, teacher, and researcher before switching to a career in media and journalism.
This history buff knows first-hand how time-consuming and challenging it is to create high-quality teaching materials that make history accessible and engaging. Fortunately, her talents for research, writing, editing, and design all came together at School History, where she's created hundreds of resources since 2017.
In 2021, Tracy stepped into the role of Business Manager at ExamPapersPlus, who owns School History, helping steer the course of the company and its commitment to serving History teachers in the UK and internationally.
