Component 2 Downloads and Specifications
For OCR B Component 2: History Around Us, students are required to write on one site chosen by the school.
(NOTE: For the year of 2021, GCSE exams in the UK will not go ahead and will be replaced by a form of teacher-assessed grades. All students will be assessed on one British Depth Study. Then, only three of the four remaining studies will be assessed, namely Thematic Study, History Around Us, Period Study, and World Depth Study. Exam Paper Details
In Component Group 2, students will write on one site chosen by the school. It comprises 40 marks plus 10 for SPaG over a 1-hour paper, and accounts for 20% of the total GCSE.
