How to use these modules
The current teaching material available for the 9-1 GCSE modules offers teachers multiple ways to tackle the key topic material for your new courses.
Included in your subscription are a mix of editable PPT modules, starter activities, printable lesson resources and already sourced relevant video clips that should cover the major exam board topics. If you feel that you need extra support with a topic then please let us know and we'll see about the possibility of having further material produced.
The benefit of having large editable resources is that you, as teachers, can break the larger key topics down into smaller lessons relevant to your own set's abilities, tweak learning objectives should you have a lesson observation and to make it easier to add in your own ideas for homework tasks and make lessons reflect your schools own literacy programmes and key words for the week you teach.
The great news is that this section of the site will be constantly under development - so please bear with us for a short while! Currently, we are mainly offering relevant subject content material for you to adapt and teach but over the upcoming year we will also be adding:
- Exam board specific assessment style questions for both breadth and depth studies.
- Source material packs.
- Interpretation material packs.
- Student revision notes.
